Shipping & returns


We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from our store. If for some reason you are not, please let us know so we can repair, replace or issue a refund for your item. Please do not return any items without first requesting an authorization number.

Shipping Information

UPS™ is our preferred shipper.  In an attempt to also offer you a less expensive shipping option we have begun using the US Postal Service too.  If you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number, once your purchase is packaged we will provide you with that number. Our goal is to ship your order complete within 48 hours. If there will be any delay, we will let you know by e-mail. UPS™ deliveries will arrive on Monday through Friday.
