Tom has been working at Dave’s ACE since June of 2003. Tom’s formal schooling came from Palatine (Illinois) High School and UW-Platteville (BS in Economics and Business Administration). He has also had additional training in an apprenticeship program, numerous sales seminars and Dale Carnegie training. Past employment for Tom is at Monarch Machine Tool, SMW Systems, Inc., and Tooline Systems. His work at these locations was always in sales and sales management. Favorite pastimes include fishing, motorcycle riding, woodworking and flying as a private pilot. Tom is married His wife, Ellen, is a homemaker, and they have two children Jim and Beth. He also has two grandchildren Dana and Thomas. Tom like working at Dave’s ACE because of the employees and the customers. He enjoys talking with customers and helping with their needs. He also appreciates the support of the other employees—especially when he isn’t able to find something in the store.
